The Denver Post Names IntelePeer a Winner of the Colorado Top Workplaces 2019 Award

Denver, CO – May 6, 2019 – IntelePeer, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Denver Post. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

Founded in 2003, IntelePeer has become a pioneer in the next generation of Communications Platform as a Service technologies – leveraging AI, automation, and deep analytics to improve business communications for many of the world’s leading companies. The company has been able to sustain 40% annual revenue growth by prioritizing employee engagement and satisfaction through a culture of collaboration and innovation. Aside from offering generous benefits and compensation packages, IntelePeer employees enjoy team-building and volunteer activities, and unlimited vacation. Employees also have the opportunity to be nominated by a coworker for a monthly “Above and Beyond Award,” for going the extra mile and are rewarded with a contribution towards a trip or experience.

“Company culture and core values are the most important factors in bringing people together to work towards a common goal. Our employees work day in and day out to ensure the success of our company by putting our customers first, spreading positivity, and going that extra mile. As a leadership team, we make it a priority to recognize our employees, reward them, and reiterate our appreciation for their hard work,” said Frank Fawzi, CEO & President of IntelePeer. “This award means more than most, because it reflects the passion and commitment each and every one of our employees has for our company, from senior leadership to the newest team members.”

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
