Formerly, Larry was Chief Financial Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc, (NASDAQ:SNCR) where he was responsible for all financial, legal, human resource, administration and investor relations, and led its Initial Public Offering in 2006. Prior to Synchronoss, he held CFO positions at several public and private companies including CommTech Corporation and Holmes Protection (Formerly NASDAQ:HLMS). A graduate of Pace University (BBA), Larry is a certified public accountant and a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is the recipient of several awards including the NJ Biz CFO of the Year and New Jersey Tech Council Hall of Fame Awards.

Prior to IntelePeer, between 1990 and 2001, Frank founded and grew CommTech Corporation to be an early leader in the communications software sector before selling the company to ADC, a leading provider of broadband solutions for the telecommunications industry. Before founding CommTech, Frank worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories as the lead data communications architect for a $1.4B winning bid to the IRS. Frank is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology (BS, MS) and completed the Wharton Executive Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He was selected as one of Quantum Shift’s Top Entrepreneurs in America for 2017 by KPMG’s Private Markets Group and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Throughout his career, Nicolas held executive level positions at technology companies, including IntelePeer, and was Director General of ABN AMRO Capital Investments and NSM Finance. Nicolas is a graduate of the French Naval Academy, ENSTA Paris (Naval Architecture) and HEC Paris Business School (MBA).

Previously, Dr. Harding was a General Partner of several venture capital partnerships affiliated with J. H. Whitney & Co. Prior to J. H. Whitney, he was with Amdahl Corporation serving in various technical and business development roles and held several technical positions with Honeywell Information Systems. Dr. Harding is a graduate of University of Arizona (BS, MS) and Arizona State University (PhD). He also served as a Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.

He and his team successfully sold the data centers in multiple transactions providing strong returns to its shareholders. Previously, Keith was President and Chief Executive Officer for Switch and Data, a NASDAQ listed company. Under his leadership, Switch and Data successfully launched an IPO and he led Switch and Data as a public company through six consecutive years of industry leading growth. He and his team sold the company providing significant returns to the shareholders. Prior to Switch and Data, Keith served as Vice President, Global Channel Management at AT&T, where he developed new markets, offers and sales channels that contributed to the business becoming the market leader in IP services. A cum laude graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Olsen has contributed to youth sports for more than forty years and supports community organizations and national non-profits, including Metropolitan Ministries, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Junior Achievement and Special Olympics.

He founded the company in 2021. Prior to Savant Growth, Javier led US investment activities at Kennet Partners, where he helped companies grow from $10M to $100M in revenue. Earlier in his career, Javier ran the west coast software and services practice for Broadview, a mid-market tech M&A firm. Before that, he founded a fintech software company and gained international experience in corporate finance and capital markets at Morgan Stanley. A graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA) and Georgetown University (BS/BA), Javier speaks fluent Spanish, enjoys working with different cultures, and is an avid sailor.

Schroeder currently serves on the boards of Trellix Public Sector and BG Sun, where she helped scale the business 40x while establishing its first governance framework. She has led a decade-long venture portfolio focused on founder-led companies in consumer and enterprise software, and earlier served as Interim CEO of MicroVest, an impact asset manager, where she led its operational turnaround and eventual sale. She began her career at KPMG. Schroeder holds a BA in Accountancy and Chinese Studies from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to joining the venture capital business, Thomas led the Managed Services business unit at Cybercity (Telenor) launching several innovative products, and while at TDC, he built a new business unit from scratch. Thomas launched his first SaaS business in 1996, which grew to 200,000 subscribers across four countries. Thomas is a graduate of University of Aarhus, Denmark (MS).
