The Company’s platform lowers the cost of doing business while improving customer experience and accelerating ROI. Frank founded and grew CommTech Corporation between 1990 and 2001 to be an early leader in the communications software sector before selling the company to ADC, a leading provider of broadband solutions for the telecommunications industry, for $178 million. Prior to founding CommTech, he worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories as the lead data communications architect for a $1.4B winning bid to the IRS. Frank received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and completed the Wharton Executive Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also selected as a QuantumShift’s Top Entrepreneurs in America for 2017 by KPMG’s Private Markets Group and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Both his education and expertise have been instrumental in the growth of the company, as well as multiple Silicon Valley technology companies where he previously served. After launching his career as a consultant at the prestigious Bain & Company, widely considered among the “Big Three” management consultancies, Andre was named CFO of SAP Markets, Inc., which was acquired by SAP. Prior to IntelePeer, he was CFO of Dimatix, Inc., which, during his tenure, was acquired by Fujifilm. Andre graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a degree in economics and earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

After launching his career at KPMG LLP, providing audit and consulting services and leading multiple technology client IPO and engagements, Thomas joined JDS Uniphase as Director of Finance. Subsequently, he was named CFO of Amber Road, Inc. (NYSE:AMBR), a Software as a Service (SaaS) revenue company providing solutions in global trade management, where he built out the company’s finance, administration and human resource functions. Thomas continued as CFO through Amber Road’s 2014 IPO and to the ultimate sale of the company to E2Open in 2019. Most recently, Thomas was CFO of Conductor Founders, Inc., a SaaS provider of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) solutions. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Bringing years of experience in sales, marketing and delivery of enterprise software solutions, Michael confidently leads the highly scalable go-to-market strategy supporting IntelePeer’s rapid growth and expanding footprint. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Sales and Account Management for IntelePeer. Prior to IntelePeer, he served as Vice President, Account Management and Customer Success at Interactions Corporation. Michael received a BS in Information Technology and Finance from Marquette University.

Previously, Matt served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience and Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Business Development for IntelePeer. Matt brings to IntelePeer more than 20 years of leadership experience and a strong passion for serving customers, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Prior to IntelePeer, Matt worked for NexTone, JP Morgan Chase & Co., and Qwest Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

As CTO, Sergey is the driving force behind the continued development of IntelePeer’s AI Hub, aligning its objectives with a focus on delivering the most recent AI capabilities to customers. Sergey’s dedication to collaborating with leadership and his strong technical vision has facilitated enhancements to IntelePeer’s Smart Automation products and solutions with the latest AI tools while leading the communications automation platform (CAP) category and improving business insights and analytics in support of IntelePeer’s AI mission. Previously, Sergey was Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering at INTURN and served as Chief Technology Officer at Star2Star. He has patents in the areas of Software Defined Networking and data processing, holds various technical industry certifications and has significant practical experience in real-time communications, large scale data streaming and processing, network infrastructure management and ML/AI. Sergey received his MBA from Myers University, Cleveland, Ohio and a Master’s in Computer Science from Don State Technical University, Rostov-on-Don, Russian Federation.

With a focus on enterprise customers, he leads the company’s product management team ensuring product releases align with business strategies. Brandon works alongside the executive team to deliver exceptional time-to-value for the company’s customers. Previously, Brandon served as Amelia’s Chief Product & Technology Officer where he defined the strategy for Generative AI and the use of small and large open-source and proprietary LLMs, built customer-centric roadmaps and redefined SaaS and on-prem release schedules, and expanded the infrastructure team to focus on SRE and DevOps. Prior to Amelia, Brandon was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Product for UiPath where he was responsible for the company’s Engage Pillar and its “A Robot for Every Person” initiative. Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in business information systems from the University of Kansas School of Business.

Prior to joining IntelePeer in 2010, Kristin worked as in-house counsel with Qwest Communications Corporation and as outside counsel at Gray Cary and Blumenfeld & Cohen in Washington, DC. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Butler University, and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.

Prior to IntelePeer, Nancy served as the Global Head of Audience Marketing, Health & Life Sciences for Microsoft, where she led global audience marketing initiatives, driving growth and building relationships with key healthcare organizations. While at Nuance Communications (acquired by Microsoft), Nancy was Vice President of Global Communications and Customer Engagement where she led strategy development and execution that unified AI- and Cloud-specific brand identity across business units and verticals. Earlier in her career, she held key marketing leadership positions at EnterpriseDB, Eliza Corporation (acquired by HMS), Zipcar, and Ticketmaster. An award-winning executive, Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Regis College.

Previously, Gary served as Vice President of IT and Security for IntelePeer, delivering concentrated guidance on compliance and operational aspects of the company’s security programs. Prior to IntelePeer, he was Chief Information Security Officer and Assistant Vice Chancellor of IT Infrastructure at the University of Denver, Colorado. He also served in the US Airforce as Avionics Communications Systems Specialist and Telecommunications Specialist, Tech Control for NORAD. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering Technology from Colorado Technical University and a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Capella University.
