Each flow is made up of actions, or building blocks, configured to address your specific business needs, list actions reference existing lists, and can be used to programmatically manage important data. Lists are used to group records and retain important data elements. You can use list actions to manage and reference key pieces of data from your lists and incorporate that into your flow. These actions can be used to automate your internal processes and streamline your customers experience without having to reference an external source or database. Let’s explore where you manage your lists and how you might use list actions in your flows. The lists menu option at the top of the Atmosphere portal opens the list management page.Here you can manage existing lists and add new ones. You can reference existing lists from the list management page within SmartFlows via the list actions. Use these actions to pull data from a list into your flow. Add or remove records or update records.
