A customer chips a tooth while on a business trip. He calls his dental office and speaks with an empathetic virtual agent who collects his dental insurance and schedules an appointment. A week after his visit, the patient is still experiencing pain. He calls the office again and speaks with the virtual agent who listens to his concerns and provides information relevant to his symptoms. The customer opts to be transferred to an agent at the dental office who receives a call summary of the conversation.
