Virtual agent
Virtual agents (also known as Intelligent Virtual Agents) simulate live agent interactions using machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). By utilizing NLP and conversational AI, virtual agents can synthesize customer interactions, draw upon relevant data sources, and respond to the user with the most appropriate and accurate responses.
These virtual agents automate highly repetitive tasks such as appointment scheduling, answering frequently asked questions, and inputting data, ultimately freeing human agents to handle more complex customer interactions.
