Groundbreaking Integration with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service

In April, we reached a transformative milestone by announcing our integration with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. This collaboration enabled us to embed OpenAI GPT into our automation platform and Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA), SmartAgent.

The partnership has revolutionized customer interactions by fully automating processes and delivering unprecedented operational efficiency for businesses. For end users, this has meant faster, more intuitive, and personalized customer experiences—whether resolving inquiries or completing transactions.

$140 Million in Funding

July brought another momentous achievement: securing $140 million in strategic growth funding. This investment underscores confidence in our mission and will fuel continued innovation as we continue to transform contact centers with AI-driven solutions. With these resources, we’re equipped to expand our impact, further enhance customer experiences, and make meaningful strides in automation throughout the coming year (and beyond).

Forging Strategic Partnerships Across Industries

Our commitment to industry-leading innovation was further reinforced by partnerships formed throughout 2024. These newfound partnerships include 42North Dental, a premier dental service organization supporting over 100 locations and 38 practice brands across the Boston area, and an expansion of our Microsoft partnership with the integration of our SmartAgent and SmartOffice solutions, into the Azure Marketplace.

These partnerships have showcased our ability to simplify and automate communications while delivering personalized, technology-driven customer interactions. By aligning with industry leaders, we’ve demonstrated our versatility and ability to support businesses of all types in achieving their goals.
